  I've been going to this clinic for years and I love the people here! I just went for my yearly check and I love how they go above and beyond to give the best medical care. Not a long wait and I didn't feel rushed through the exam. Highly recommend!!

  Horrible! They are horrible, I just got to the waiting room and they where so rude that I couldn't even hold my tears plus I was sick and they being rude didn't help. Horrible customer service to a sick person, never going there again in my life

  Quality has declined over the last 5 years. My mom went on a Thursday with a really bad stomach bug that she'd been fighting since Monday. Mr. Larsen saw her and prescribed antibiotics and an anti nausea. On Friday she started experiencing a reaction to the antibiotics, muscle soreness and cramping, stomach pain, weakness, etc. She called and left a message with someone describing the symptoms and requesting a different antibiotic. When her call wasn't returned she called again at 5:45pm, the hours are until 6pm. Yet no one answered and the answering service was not operable. On Saturday I took her to the emergency room where they diagnosed her as being severely dehydrated. Her muscle soreness and cramping were a result of the dehydration. I called Country Club Medical on Monday to complain. I spoke with Bethany who after listening to the timeline of events pulled my moms chart and confirmed that Mr. Larsen had received the message but was unable to call my mom back because it was past working hours. She asked if I still wanted to speak with someone about my complaint and I said yes, she said she would have Minerva call me back. At the time of this post I have not received a call from Minerva. I would recommend against this clinic, years ago they were really good. I can remember always getting a follow up call the day after I visited them. But in the recent past that quality has declined. Based on this last experience we're going to look for another option.
